In the tower space, from the project of L.Stuoka-Gucevičius to the restoration of the imaginary tower from the drawing of scaffolding structures.
What is invented but not seen (unrealized) is historical, legendary, curious and explorable. How? Is it possible to restore imaginary things. Can. They can be purified by contemplation, intuition. Historical reflections were inspired by the creation of a new course in space. Marked outline, no tourism. Positive-negative. Indoor space to tourism and tourism space.
Some supporting remarks on the need for an idea:1. Possible new awareness of the city, important historical signs of expansion, as well as new movements of thought in the city;2. The creative legacy of L. Stuoka-Gucevičius’ visa is highly valued, but the authorization of the tower project is questioned by some experts;3. The problem of forgery and repetition (props, imitations) of today’s restoration positions (eg, the lower palace of Vilnius Castle);4. Identification of intangible heritage, as well as possible reflection with the help of certain artistic keys (this case is a sculptural-architectural temporary structure, which must stand for a long time …);5. The global context of temporary structures, starting with the temporary (now permanent) phenomenon of the Eiffel Tower, V.Tatlin’s “III International Tower” and others. (In the case of a supposed tower, a conscious historical basis, much is added if needed)…The sculptural-architectural temporary structure is made of mirror steel narrow rod lace, reminiscent of the status of a scaffolding around the objects to be restored. Inside the structure, it will be possible to ascend / descend by inspecting the cylindrical interior of the imaginary tower. In the highest place, to install once, where a statue of a saint was provided for the old project, maybe a man could look around. Urbanistically reflects the structure of mirror steel as the family’s conceptual connection between old buildings and modern CACs.
