A Lithuanian dwelling-house is reflected over the contact of history and today.
Associative reflections cover rational Lithuanian Gothic, the prototype of the high-roof buildings of the old village, Utopian perspectives of Soviet agrarian complexes and modern spaces as well as functional tendencies.
The site consists of 15 ha; it is situated in an urbanistically and naturally clean environment; it is isolated from the city with the help of forest arrays. The house is of irregular T plan. The house is made of monolithic reinforced concrete framework structure. 2 sizes are composed: residential and not. One is covered with wooden shingles starting from the ground and coming up till the ridge, with the matrix of light pores; the other is a nude framework which is ended with a free pediment with the door area. The place for family gathering is distinguished inside the house. This is a space taking all the house height, with the fireplace and a table. The developed plan is of a traditional Lithuanian 2-end house; it is done by developing complementary characters of spaces and functions.
